Accommodation Terms & Conditions for Guests

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of accommodation services provided by Sion Investment & Services Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, staying at the property, or using our services, the guest (“you”, “your”) agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.


2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment has been received.

  • Rates are charged per night, and guests must select the number of nights required at the time of booking.

  • Prices may vary depending on season, demand, or special events.

  • Full payment or a required deposit must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.


3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

  • Guests must provide valid identification at the time of check-in.


4. House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbours, the following rules apply:

  • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

  • Parties, events, or loud disturbances are strictly prohibited.

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

  • Pets are only allowed with prior approval.

  • Guests must respect neighbours and maintain reasonable noise levels at all times.


5. Security and Damages

  • Guests are responsible for the property and its contents during their stay.

  • Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest.

  • Guests must ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 4 days before arrival may receive a full or partial refund depending on the booking conditions.

  • Cancellations made within 4 days of arrival may be non-refundable.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.


7. Cleanliness and Maintenance

  • Guests must leave the property in a reasonably clean condition.

  • Rubbish should be disposed of in the designated bins.

  • Any maintenance issues should be reported immediately so they can be addressed promptly.


8. Liability

  • The host is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

  • Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk.

  • Any issues with the property must be reported immediately so they can be resolved promptly.


9. Termination of Stay

We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund if guests:

  • Breach these Terms & Conditions

  • Cause damage to the property

  • Engage in illegal activities

  • Behave in a way that endangers others or the property


10. Privacy and Data

  • Guest information is used solely for booking, communication, and legal requirements.

  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.


11. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This constitutes a binding acceptance of the terms herein.
